Our program uses natural and cultural resources to foster relevant connections for children through learning expeditions. We value children’s sense of curiosity and discovery; their ability to think critically, reflect upon their world, and promote positive change in their community.

In accordance with ARS 15.189.05, all schools are required to provide salary increase information for teachers for the 2020-2021 school year (FY21). La Tierra Community School’s Data is below:
1. Average salary of all teachers employed in budget year 2023: $41,197
2. Average salary of all teachers employed in prior year 2022: $42,993
3. Increase in average teacher salary from the prior year 2022: $(1,796)
4. Percentage increase: -4.2%
