Good Morning La Tierra Community,
Last week we sent out information introducing the On-Site Support Services that schools are required to follow per executive order 2020-51. That email contains important information on the general parameters of the program. This Thursday afternoon, the Arizona Department of Education will be releasing additional guidance and we will inform you of any important changes. Until then we would like to remind you of a few important things:
- If you will be using OSS you will be REQUIRED to notify us at office@latierracommunityschool.org by NOON on FRIDAY. If you have not notified us by noon on Friday you will not be able to bring your child. This is absolutely necessary so we may appropriately staff for student and staff safety. Even if you will be using OSS every day we will still need to be notified EVERY Friday by noon for the following week.
- We will need the attached form completed and signed prior to a student using OSS. You may print this form or they are available in the office.
